Executive Summary

As the Founder and CEO of Kaizen Mate LLC, I bring over 25 years of executive leadership in modular construction, offsite development, and workforce housing. My career has been defined by a commitment to forward-thinking solutions, operational excellence, and building strong partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

I've led teams and organizations through every phase of the modular building lifecycle—from launching new markets and scaling startups to managing single projects up to $26M across commercial, educational, and industrial sectors. My hands-on approach blends strategic vision with proven expertise in project management, P&L oversight, and driving continuous improvement at every level.

Prior to Kaizen Mate, I held executive roles at Amity Lodges, Aries Building Systems, and Resun (ModSpace/Willscot), spearheading initiatives that expanded market reach, innovated product offerings, and delivered award-winning projects. My experience includes overseeing more than $1 billion in modular and component construction, with a legacy of industry recognition, including Modular Building Institute awards and multiple Team One leadership honors.

At Kaizen Mate, our mission is to deliver clean, efficient, and scalable modular solutions—always striving to be an exceptional partner to clients, employees, and vendors. We believe in the power of the Kaizen philosophy: constant improvement, simplicity, and partnership.
